Almost always, no. We work by appointment, like a doctor's office: we plan our technicians' time and respect yours. Sometimes appointments are booked a week or more in advance, so please call ahead.

Mostly parts from manufacturers that supply original equipment to the assembly line: suspension — Lemförder, Febi; brakes — TRW, ATE, Textar; bulbs — OSRAM, Philips. Sometimes we deliberately avoid a problematic original part and choose a component that will not let the customer down.
